FEC approves N17.4bn for NIMASA’s new headquarters
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) on Wednesday approved the sum of N17.4 billion for a new head office for the Nigeria Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA).
The Minister of Transportation, Hon. Rotimi Amaechi, disclosed this to newsmen in Abuja after the week’s virtual FEC meeting presided over by President Muhammadu Buhari.

Amaechi said that the new Headquarters of NIMASA called Kanti Towers, is a 16- story building located on Plot 35, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
He added that the new office complex has the latest technology fittings, a helipad and a parking bay for over 100 cars.
